Motivate teachers to develop and implement innovative methodologies.
Strengthen the professional status of teachers as carriers of effective pedagogical ideas.

Any educator may participate in the competition.
Who can participate?
Teachers of educational organizations of all types, forms of ownership, and departmental affiliation that carry out educational activities within the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Competition Stages
Regional Stage – Submission of a description of the author’s pedagogical idea aimed at developing students’ (learners’) functional literacy (lesson plan, class session, or educational activity).
Republican Stage – Demonstration of the implementation of the author’s pedagogical idea in real educational conditions (video of a lesson, class session, or educational activity).
Competition areas
Reading literacy
The ability to understand, use, evaluate, reflect on texts, and interpret information for the purposes of personal development, expanding knowledge and opportunities, and participating in society.
Mathematical literacy
The ability to reason mathematically, formulate, apply, and interpret mathematical ideas to solve problems in various contexts.
Natural science literacy
The ability to understand and apply scientific ideas to solve issues related to science and technology, participate in reasoned discussions on scientific and technological matters, explain phenomena, evaluate research, and interpret data from a scientific perspective.
Digital literacy
The ability to safely and consciously search for, evaluate, create, and share information using digital technologies for learning, development, and communication, including skills in working with artificial intelligence.
Financial literacy
The ability to understand financial concepts and make informed and effective decisions aimed at ensuring financial stability and well-being of individuals and society.
Environmental literacy
The ability to understand human impact on the environment, assess environmental issues, make informed decisions, and act to improve environmental conditions.
Intercultural literacy
The ability to analyze global and intercultural issues, understand and value the perspectives and worldviews of others, interact respectfully and effectively with people from different cultures, and act in the interests of common well-being and sustainable development.
Global competencies
The ability to use knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values to understand and address global and intercultural challenges; to evaluate different perspectives; to interact effectively with people from diverse cultures; and to take constructive action for collective well-being and sustainable development.
